RUSSIAN

Russia is the world's largest country - the country has both European and Asian characteristics and that makes Russia completely unique. I teach all levels as Russian is my native language. I will teach you or your child about Russian grammar and practice both the oral and the written side of the language. We will also talk about Russian culture, history and social conditions.

There are many benefits to learning Russian. The Russian language is different and fun to learn. It boosts one's cognitive abilities. It is an excellent extra skill if you want to stand out in the labor market. And then it is a language that can be used for travelling, in business, sporting and cultural contexts.

The teaching includes the following topics:

Pronunciation

Listening, reading, speaking and writing skills

Russian grammar

Presentation of different text genres

Russian culture, history and social conditions

The teaching is adapted to your needs and level. You can start as a beginner or an experienced user, who wants to develop language skills.

CEFR – Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

As a guideline I use CEFR - The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), an international standard for describing language ability.

While learning a foreign language, it is important to determine what level you are at and what learning goals are relevant for the development of your language skills.

What is CEFR?

CEFR is an international standard for describing language ability. It describes language ability on a six-point scale, from A1 for beginners, up to C2 for those who have mastered a language.
